Time Bomb
Time Bomb is a rune effect in Explosive Blast, an Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect increases the time delay from 1.5 to 2.5 seconds, and increases the damage from 225% to 292% weapon damage.

Prior to the skill revision in February 2012, this rune effect was enabled by the Obsidian Rune, granting the following effect with a level 7 runestone:
