Disruption
Disruption is a rune effect in Arcane Torrent, an Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect hits targets with a damage increasing effect, causing them to take an additional 15% damage from all Arcane attacks for the next 6 seconds. This includes Arcane Torrent itself, as well as Arcane damage from weapons or other spells that other players might use.
