Short Fuse
Short Fuse is a rune effect in Explosive Blast, an Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect removes the time delay entirely, enabling the Wizard to create the blast for 225% weapon damage immediately. There is still a 6 second cooldown between uses of the skill, however.
