Snow Blast
Snow Blast is a rune effect in Ray of Frost, an Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect causes the damage to scale up rapidly when locked onto a single target. The base damage of 215% increases to 279%, but as quickly as the Arcane Power is drained, the Wizard is nearly dry by the time the higher damage is really starting to become noticeable.
