Lob Blob Bomb
Lob Blob Bomb is a rune effect in Acid Cloud, a Physical Realm Witch Doctor skill that deals a death from above style attack.
This rune effect preserves the base skill function while adding an acid blob aftereffect, as the green slime spends 5 seconds oozing into nearby enemies, dealing 25% weapon damage per target.
