Celestial Orb
Celestial Orb is a rune effect in Arcane Orb, a high cost, high damage Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect grants a piercing effect to the orb, allowing it to pass through multiple targets, exploding normally on each one it hits. This is obviously a great help against large groups, while providing no benefit at all against single enemies.
