Scattered Blows
Scattered Blows is a rune effect in the Monk's Spirit generating Deadly Reach skill.
The Scattered Blows rune effect is enabled at level 34. It adds a multi-target feature to the third and final attack of this skill, striking up to six targets within 15 yards for Lightning damage.
