Devolution
Devolution is a rune effect in Mass Confusion, a Spirit Realm Witch Doctor skill.
This rune effect creates a 50% chance that any enemy that dies while Confused will spawn a Zombie Dog. The odds are pretty good, but with the effect lasting only 12 seconds, and the long cooldown between uses, a Witch Doctor has to use this one carefully and scientifically to see a steady flow of Mongrels from it.
