Thunder Ball
Thunder Ball is a rune effect in Bola Shot, a Hatred-generating Demon Hunter skill.
This rune effect changes the damage to lightning and adds a 35% chance to stun the primary target for 1.5 seconds.
Note that the chance to stun applies only to the target, not the other enemies in the radius of effect for the explosion. This doesn't sound like a very impressive bonus, but stuns are hard to come by for Demon Hunters (slows are very common on her skills, but not stuns) so this might be a viable option to obtain them against individual Elite enemies.
