Lingering Fog
Lingering Fog is a rune effect in Smoke Screen, a Discipline-spending stealth and escape Demon Hunter skill.
This rune effect initially increased the duration from 2 to 3 seconds. The skill was nerfed from 2 to 1 seconds, and this rune effect's bonus was set to just 1.5 seconds in a hotfix a week after Diablo III's release.[1]
