Soaring Skull
Soaring Skull is a rune effect in Dashing Strike, a Spirit-spending Monk skill.
This rune effect enables the Monk to leap to a distant point, slowing all enemies in his path.

Prior to the February 2012 skill and rune system revision, this effect was enabled by the Crimson Rune runestone and granted the following effect:
