Maelstrom
Maelstrom is a rune effect in Cluster Arrow, a Hatred-spending Demon Hunter skill.
This rune effect changes the skill to release "shadow energy" that deals 145% weapon damage to nearby enemies. There is a 4% life leech benefit to this attack.
This effect should always be paired with Ballistics, a passive skill that adds 50% damage to all "rockets" effects.
