Black Blood
Black Blood is a rune effect in Sacrifice, a Support Witch Doctor skill designed to turn living Zombie Dogs into damaging explosions.
This skill rune adds a slowing effect to the area where the dogs die, courtesy of a black ichor on the ground. It reduces enemy speed by 60% for 8 seconds.
