Deep Freeze
Deep Freeze is a rune effect in Frost Nova, a Utility Wizard skill.
This rune effect grants an offensive bonus. If the Wizard hits at least 5 targets with the Frost Nova, she receives a 15% bonus to critical hit for 12 seconds.
This could be quite handy, since its' very easy to freeze more than 5 enemies with the first skill use, and then the need to kill them quickly is intense.
