Siphon
Siphon is a rune effect in Soul Harvest, is a Spirit Realm Witch Doctor skill that acts as a buff to his spell damage.
This rune effect preserves the base skill function and adds a life bonus to the Witch Doctor for every enemy affected. The amount scales up with level, reaching nearly 2200 at level 60.
