War Cry
War Cry is a Tactics Barbarian skill unlocked at level 21. This shout boosts the Barbarian's Fury, as well as the armor of the Barbarian and all nearby party members.

Skill Design
This skill was introduced at Blizzcon 2010. There are currently no visuals available for the skill, and no reports on it from demo players. It was revealed in the skill tree.
Synergies
The following Barbarian passive provides a benefit to War Cry, runed or not:
- Inspiring Presence - Doubles the duration of the Barbarian's shouts always.
Development
War Cry was available in the Blizzcon 2010 demo, but the Barbarian had no points invested in it. Skill tiers were removed for the July 2011 Press Event, and War Cry became a level 14 skill. The skill system was once again overhauled for the Beta Patch 13, and War Cry was classified as a Tactics skill and moved to level 21.
In Other Games
Although War Cry shares a name with Diablo II's Barbarian skill War Cry, this version is a completely different skill. D2's War Cry works more like Ground Stomp.
