Fire a massive volley of arrows around you. Arrows fall from the sky dealing 674% weapon damage to all nearby enemies over 5 seconds.

Summon a wave of 14 Shadow Beasts to tear across the ground, knocking back enemies and dealing 126% weapon damage.

Development

Rain of Vengeance (as Rain of Arrows) was first seen at the July 2011 Press Event, where it was a level 29 skill. In August 2011, the name was changed to the cooler-sounding Rain of Vengeance.
