Frost Arrow
Frost Arrow is a rune effect in Elemental Arrow, a Hatred-spending Demon Hunter skill.
This rune effect fires a frost arrow that splits into multiple arrows after hitting the first target. All enemies struck take 170% damage as cold and are slowed 60% by the chill for 1 second.
A powerful CC ability, this one slows all attackers and deals considerable damage as well. The chill can stack with other slows, such as from Entangling Shot or Caltrops.
