Fire Bolts
Fire Bolts is a rune effect in Shock Pulse, a Signature Wizard skill.
This rune effect charges the bolts with fire, changing the graphic to a fiery red color and increasing the damage of each bolt from 105% to 136% weapon damage. This makes for a nice upgrade and gives the skill good killing power, especially against larger enemies that will take two or three bolts per cast.
