Comet
Comet is a rune effect in Meteor, an Offensive Wizard skill that calls down a damaging projectile from the sky.
This rune effect changes the fire to ice. The icy meteor deals 240% damage and leaves a frigid mist on the ground around the impact site, which deals 72% weapon damage and slows the enemy by 60% for 3 seconds.
