Birthright is a rune effect in Hammer of the Ancients, a Fury-spending Barbarian skill.
This rune effect has a 10% chance of causing enemies to drop treasure or health globes. The effectiveness of this one is hard to judge, as more than 10% of enemies drop treasure or health globes anyway.
