Instigation is a rune effect in Bash, a Fury-generating Barbarian skill.
This rune effect causes each Bash to generate 4 additional Fury, for a total of 12 Fury per hit.
Post-Release Changes
The v1.0.4 patch[1] buffed Bash with increased fury generation and damage. As compensation, the Instigation rune effect was nerfed, with the Fury gain changed from 6 to 4.
- Fury generated increased from 6 to 8
- Weapon damage increased from 150% to 165%
- Skill Rune – [[Onslaught]]
- Weapon damage increased from 22% to 25% per reverberation
