Mass Hallucination is a rune effect in Mass Confusion, a Spirit Realm Witch Doctor skill.
This rune effect temporarily summons a large, ethereal copy of the Witch Doctor, who will walk towards and trample enemies. Each second the spirit is in contact with an enemy, it will do 22% weapon damage. This effect has a chance to trigger on-hit effects from equipment such as fear, stun, and freeze with each tick of the damage-over-time.
