Chaos Nexus is a rune effect in Disintegrate, an Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect causes the Wizard to spit out extra energy at nearby enemies dealing 40% weapon damage. This extra energy can target enemies in any direction from the Wizard, and may also beam into the primary target, if it's nearby, raising the potential damage.
