Stalker is a rune effect in Horrify, a Spirit Realm Witch Doctor skill.

This rune effect grants a speed bonus to the Witch Doctor, boosting his movement by 20% for the 4 seconds after casting Horrify.

This effect pairs with the skill itself to promote escape, as the Witch Doctor can send monsters fleeing, and then rush in the other direction at top speed. The skill does not have to actually horrify anything to grant the speed bonus, and a Witch Doctor can choose to use this ability at any time simply for the faster run bonus, though the lengthy cooldown prevents this from being regularly used as a speed boost.
