Call of Arreat is a rune effect in Leap Attack, a Fury-generating Barbarian skill.

This rune effect sends shockwaves out from the landing zone, increasing the area of slow and damage to 16 yards and pulling enemies in that range towards the Barbarian. Be sure you combine this with some powerful AoE attack right after landing, when the numerous enemies will be closely-massed and vulnerable.
