Calamity is a rune effect in Teleport, a Utility Wizard skill that allows for instant movement to a distant location.
This rune effect casts a low-damage Wave of Force upon landing. This WoF deals just 75% weapon damage, but more importantly, it pushes back all enemies in the area.
Any Wizard choosing this rune effect is doing so for the defensive bonus provided by the Wave of Force, not for the damage.
