Miasma is a rune effect in Slow Time, a Utility Wizard skill.

This rune effect adds an additional debuff, causing enemies to be slowed for an additional 3 seconds even after they leave the Slow Time bubble. This effect kicks in whether the enemies move out of the bubble, or it simply disappears after the duration expires.

Prior to the skill revision in February 2012, this rune effect was enabled by the Indigo Rune, granting the following effect with a level 7 runestone:
