Harpoon is a rune effect in Ancient Spear, a Fury-generating Barbarian skill.
This rune effect allows the spear to pierce through multiple enemies and drag them all back, damaged and stunned. This helps make the skill more useful when used against an annoying back row enemy like a caster or summoner, since the Barbarian can simply pierce through any monsters in the way and yank them into range as well as the main target.
