Smash is a rune effect in Hammer of the Ancients, a Fury-spending Barbarian skill.
This rune effect reduces the radius of damage while greatly increasing the damage. This turns the skill into essentially a one-enemy attack, but hits for considerable damage. The only thing that limits this from being a great anti-Elite skill is the high Fury cost which makes it impossible to spam for very long.
Post-Release Changes[edit | edit source]
Patch 1.0.4 buffed the base skill and increased the damage of Smash as well:

- Weapon damage increased from 270% to 406%
