Flying Strike is a rune effect in Rain of Vengeance, a Hatred-spending Demon Hunter skill.
This rune effect causes a squadron of eight shadow beasts to plummet from the sky, dive-bombing on a targeted location and hitting for 60% weapon damage each. Impacted enemies will also receive 2 seconds of stun.

Prior to the skill revision in February 2012, this rune effect was enabled by the Golden Rune, granting the following effect with a level 7 runestone:
