Mob Rule is a rune effect in Ignore Pain, a defensive Barbarian skill.

This rune effect extends the Iron Skin bonus to nearby allies, reducing everyone's damage by 65% for 5 seconds. This is one of the very few rune effects that is purely of benefit to the party, since the effect for the Barbarian is identical to the base skill.
