Keen Eye is a Rune effect in the Monk's Spirit generating Deadly Reach skill.

The Keen Eye rune effect is enabled a level 18, and adds a defensive buff to the Monk for a short duration. As this skill takes less than a second to cast, a Monk can use it repeatedly, alternating with other skills while keeping the 50% defensive bonus in place.
