Lightning Flash is a rune effect in the Monk skill Fists of Thunder.

Lightning Flash is enabled at level 14 and it increases the Monk's chance to Dodge, for 2 seconds. A very short duration defensive bonus, but since a Monk can execute this combo in less than a second, he can keep this bonus active for as long as he's using the skill.
