Grim Harvest is a rune effect in Threatening Shout, a Fury-spending defense and control Barbarian skill.

This rune effect retains the base skill function, and adds a 15% chance for enemies to drop additional treasure if they die while the effect is in effect.

Note that this is not 15% more Magic Find. It's "additional treasure" which can refer to anything, including gold, potions, gems, and items. This skill effect is notoriously difficult to test, since there's no visual indication that it's working, and 15% more loot is very hard to quantify, even if a Barbarian was assiduous enough to tag every single monster in the game with this effect.
