Pure Power is a rune effect in Archon, a Utility Wizard skill that greatly boosts the damage output for a limited time.
This rune effect decreases the cooldown from 120 to 100 seconds, allowing the ability to be used more commonly. The main beam weapon is green in hue when this rune effect has been selected.
