Chain Lightning is a rune effect in Electrocute, a Signature Wizard skill.
This rune effect increases the number of enemies that the lightning to leap to from 4 to 6. This is a useless rune unless the skill is used on large groups of enemies, since 4 enemies is all that are in range much of the time.
