Leperous Zombie is a rune effect in Zombie Charger, a Physical Realm Witch Doctor skill.
This rune effect causes the Zombie Charger to leave behind a floating cloud of smoke like a flatulent basset hound, which inflicts AoE damage to any enemies who pass through it.
