Languish is a rune effect in Soul Harvest, is a Spirit Realm Witch Doctor skill that acts as a buff to his spell damage.
This rune effect adds a speed debuff to the base skill, slowing all affected enemies by 60% for 3 seconds. This is enough to make them sitting ducks for the Witch Doctor's +damage attacks. It can also turn the skill into a defensive option, as the Witch Doctor can use it to slow everything near him, in a moment of emergency.
