Screaming Skull is a rune effect in Elemental Arrow, a Hatred-spending Demon Hunter skill.

This rune effect is an odd one. It fires a regular Elemental Arrow 60% of the time, and a flying skull 40% of the time that will cause enemies to flee with a Fear effect.

Prior to the skill revision in February 2012, this rune effect was enabled by a Obsidian Rune, granting the following effect with a level 7 runestone:
