Well of Darkness is a rune effect in Shadow Power, is a Discipline-spending Demon Hunter skill.
This rune effect decreases the Discipline cost from 14 to 12. This might allow for slightly more uses of the skill over the long haul, but saving 2 Discipline is probably not a huge priority when this skill is generally selected for emergency life leech survival.
