Contempt for Weakness is a rune effect in Ignore Pain, a defensive Barbarian skill.

This rune effect reflects half of ignored damage back at the enemy. Since Iron Skin absorbs 65% of damage, this means that the monsters are hitting themselves for half of that, or 32.5%.

This sounds like a lot and this rune effect can be powerful in Hell or in PvP, but by Inferno monsters have such tremendous life pools, in the millions of hit points, that this effect becomes meaningless. A monster that dealt 1,000,000 points of damage in 5 seconds would hurt itself for 325,000, which would hardly move the health bar on a 3,000,000 hit point Inferno monster.... while any character who took 1,000,000 points of damage in 5 seconds would be dead many times over.
