Rupture is a rune effect in Cleave, a Fury-generating Barbarian skill.
This rune effect causes enemies killed by Cleave to explode, dealing 85% weapon damage over an 8 yard radius. This is an extremely useful effect against large crowds of enemies, and provides the Barbarian with his best early level AoE skill.
