Safe Haven is a rune effect in Inner Sanctuary, a Spirit-spending Monk skill.
This rune effect adds a substantial healing per second benefit to the Monk and all of his allies standing in the protected area.

Prior to the skill and rune system overhaul in February 2012, this effect was enabled by the Golden Rune runestone, which granted the following effect:
