+Skill Damage refers to item modifiers that boost the damage of specific skills, usually by 10-15% (at level 70). Many different armor slots have 4-6 skills they can boost, and these are selected randomly like any other primary affix. They can be enchanted as well.

Some legendary items have special skill bonuses or bonuses to skills that can not usually be boosted from that item slot.

Slots that do not have individual skill bonuses via a primary affix: Amulet, Rings, Gloves, Bracers, Shields

Turn all into one big table? Smaller font, like navigation tables.

Include Elemental Damage?

Very incomplete list. Many legendaries have inherent bonuses to skills not normally found on that slot. Many other legendaries with +skill damage not listed yet.

Shoulders[edit | edit source]

Shoulders can boost different skills for each class with a primary affix. The possible values on level 70 items are 8-15% on Rare items and 10-15% on Legendary items.
