Last Breath
Last Breath is a legendary ceremonial knife that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be equipped by the Witch Doctor, and will very rarely drop for any other class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that ceremonial knives will usually roll with Intelligence, or at least never roll with Strength or Dexterity.
Last Breath properties[edit | edit source]
This item does not have a legendary affix, but the inherent primary affix to reduce the cooldown of Mass Confusion by 15-20 seconds is a special bonus only found on this weapon. Also, the item has a rare 5 primary / 1 secondary affix distribution, giving it extra oomph. Fans have speculated that the Mass Confusion cooldown was meant to be assigned as a secondary affix, but the function is the same.
