Warstaff of General Quang
Warstaff of General Quang is a legendary Daibo that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be equipped by the Monk, and will very rarely drop for any other class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that Daibos will usually roll with Dexterity, or at least never roll with Intelligence or Strength. Any bonus skills will be tuned to Monk skills as well.
Warstaff of General Quang properties[edit | edit source]
This item has a legendary affix that grants the Tailwind effect to Tempest Rush, making the Monk always move at the faster rate of speed while using that skill. There is also an inherent bonus to Movement Speed on the staff, and as with all MS bonuses, it's best to enchant that into something more useful since MS can be more easily made up with Paragon Points.
