Shi Mizu's Haori
Shi Mizu's Haori is a legendary chest armor that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can be found and equipped by any class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that this chest armor will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it. Chest armor can roll with +skill bonuses as well, and these will also usually get Smart Loot'ed to appropriate skills for your class.
Shi Mizu's Haori properties[edit | edit source]
This item has an interesting legendary affix, boosting a character to 100% Critical Hit Chance when below a quarter of their hit points. The armor also has inherent bonuses to Vitality and Life%, which seems a contradiction but of course if a character has a huge amount of hit points, they'll still have a decent amount when under 25%.
A skillful player can intentionally stay below the hit points threshold and deal huge damage with the 100% CHC, but it's hard to manage. Both staying that low without dying, and staying that low at all, as often as Health Globes are dropped. And shared in parties, so if anyone else picks them up the Shi Mizu's Haori wearer would heal, like it or not. This item is much more viable in softcore than in hardcore, for obvious reasons.
