Oculus Ring
The Oculus Ring is a legendary ring that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can be found and equipped by any class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that this ring will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it. Rings are generally considered offensive items, and most players insist on Critical hit Chance, plus other trifecta stats and a mainstat.
Oculus Ring properties[edit | edit source]
This item does not have a legendary affix, but the inherent property that reduces damage from elites is not a bonus that can be found on equipment via random affixes. It's mostly found on legendary items or via Item Set bonuses, and is quite valuable.
There are four inherent primary affixes on this ring, thus no real variety in the important stats. Any player who wants ChC or ChD has to enchant it.
