Demon's Skin

Demon's Skin are a set of items with a required character level of 60. Gathering pieces of the set and equipping them will bestow the player with bonuses, depending on how many set items are equipped.

Players must find the Plan: Demon's Skin and teach it to the Blacksmith before these items are available to craft. The plan may drop randomly from any targets (monsters, chests, goblins, etc) of around level 60.

Items created with this plan will always be level 42; they do not scale up with level or to the level of the character creating them. They are therefore useful around the minimum level requirement, but will soon go obsolete as gear improves at higher levels.

Required Level: 60

• An upgraded level 70 version of this set, Demon's Hide, can be crafted in Reaper of Souls.

Set Pieces

Each piece is crafted separately with the Fiery Brimstone the main bottleneck on crafting. Since each piece has a considerable amount of randomness in the possible affixes, players will often need to recraft a piece several times to get a high quality roll.

Set Bonuses

Bonuses granted by equipping more than one item from this set at the same time.

• The Ring of Royal Grandeur reduces the number of items needed for set bonuses by 1 (to a minimum of 2).

Demon's Skin (2) Set: Melee attackers take 999 Fire damage per hit (3) Set: 1.1% Chance to Fear on Hit (4) Set: +3% Damage to Demons Chance to reflect projectiles when you are hit by enemies.
